Jonathan Raz and Shai Ordan have known each other for almost 20 years before partnering in 2014 to open Raz, Ordan, Law Offices. They both have worked for leading Israeli law firms and each of them was involved in numerous transactions, including investments and M&A deals, from the buy-side and the sell-side. They bring together years of experience in representing various clients, including traditional business, venture capital funds, incubators, startups and high-tech companies in all stages. They both have strong technological background which they often use in complicated licensing transactions and due-diligence reviews, and they are strongly connected to the Israeli high-tech community.

Shai and Jonathan have opened their firm in order to return to the fundamental essence of being lawyers, and provide personal, efficient hands-on service to their clients.
