Jonathan's practice focuses on commercial and corporate law. He represents various business, from early-stage startups to mature companies, investment funds and angel investors. His practice includes investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, joint ventures, commercial and licensing transaction and governance matters. Jonathan has vast technological knowledge and hands-on software-development experience. He holds an LLB (magna cum laude) and BSc (computer science, magna cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University and he is a member of the Israeli Bar since 2007. Jonathan also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of the Public Knowledge Workshop (a non-profit organization).
